This gun is specially designed for automatic door G self-fusion welding of tube/tubesheet. It is suitable for automatic tubesheet welding of low pressure vessels. It can be welded with titanium alloy, stainless steel, carbon steel and other materials. The welding method is pipe butt welding, self-fusion welding without wire filling, which is characterized by fast welding speed, beautiful welding seam and high weld quality. It can be used together with the LD-200 LD-400 welding power supply, widely used in food, medical, power plant and other industries, and has higher welding quality for oxygen-prone materials.
